About Me​

I'm Yaron, a seasoned UX leader boasting more than 8 years of industry experience. My tenure has seen me successfully direct the design of an array of intricate products within industry-leading multinational software firms, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders throughout all stages of the product development lifecycle.

I'm obsessed with designing for the sweet spot; where user delight and business value come together.

I am presently employed at Agoda, spearheading the UX function. In my current capacity, I oversee the Design System team, with our collective efforts dedicated towards creating and implementing a cross-platform design system applicable to all Agoda products.

Prior to Agoda, I was at SentinelOne and Datorama (a Salesforce Company) where I led teams to achieve their design objectives, such as the creation of AI-powered insights for marketing professionals. Earlier, my leadership was instrumental in the execution of a massive global project at Amdocs, managing a team of in-house designers while coordinating with external design collaborators to devise a comprehensive suite of customer experience products tailored for the telecom industry.

Educationally, I possess a Bachelor of Design, specializing in Interaction Design alongside professional certification in UX Management from NNg (Nielsen Norman Group), and UX Expert certification from John Bryce UXVision. My professional advancement has also been enriched by extensive seminars on Design Thinking and Scalable Agile Framework.
